RapidIdentity App

This has got to be one of the worst Authenticator apps to ever exists, the only reason I have it is because my school has made me download this trash app that barely even functions. It’s so bad to the point where it has stopped pinging my phone to let me into my school account, so I have skip this garbage of a MFA anyways and just put in my password. Unfortunately for me that bypass has stopped working, and now I am unable to log into my schools account with only being met by an authentication failed. In an attempt to fix it i un-downloaded the app and reinstalled it only to have my MFA for my school account and every other MFA that I had saved for other applications disappear. For reference I am a Radiography major and for certain clinical sites I have to use this garbage app per my program requirements. Now I am not only unable to log into my school account, my school email, and all of my clinical sites for my program. Thank you RapidIdenity for being the single most worst, more unreliable app that i’ve ever had the miss-pleasure of downloading in my entire life.

This is arguably the worst app in all of history,I downloaded this for school, set up my account, setup a password, then got sent a temporary password which removed my original password. I HAVE to login to this app to log into my schools website but I can’t log into the app now and can’t log into my school account to fix it to log into the app, it creates a loop of frustrating, anxiety inducing panic that takes hours to fix, id rather drop out of school and sell myself on the street than use this app ever again. I hate this app, I hate my schoold for making me download this app, I hate the creators of this app and their family, and I wish nothing but misfortune and inconveniences to the creators of this app, their whole family, and everyone they’ve ever associated with. This app made me stress sweat more than a 600 pound man in a sauna and no string of words in the English language can accuracy portray how much I despise this app and it’s developers.

I hate this so much. I use this in school almost everyday and it works just fine but as soon as I go on my phone it doesn’t work worth a crap. I am sooooo mad it’s not working. The part that makes me the most mad is that I use this allllll the time. Like boiiiiiiii. Fix your app. It’s not that complicated! Sorry if the creators or other people take this offensive but idc right now. I wish for the love of me that I could rate this no stars. If I could I promise I would. PROMISE!!! Please just get rid of the app or fix it. I would just recommenced to get rid of it totally because of how BAD it is. If u want to try to fix it the u have a lotttttt of work to do. Get on it. If you fix the app then I will be more than happy to come and download it again. But I doubt y’all will do that because y’all are too lazy and I hat lazy ness so I hate people who mad it then I guess. Thanks you for listing to my rant and I am sorry for rating this much. But gosh fix your APP!!!
