Hello developers, did you test your app correctly? The app it can’t open, I saw many error message for developers such request time out, wrong format, something json show to user why? Your website also slow and can’t get any detail

So I try to book a seat but my internet was really bad I filll up everything and now I hit the payment button it’s just a black screen I’m like ok I try again I close the app open again the seat been taken I thought someone take it but the same thing happened again on the second time now I don’t know what to do help me please
