Does not consistently function with iOS 16.0.3. Support acted inappropriately when this was brought to their attention. I think this is a one person show over there. The support “team” even went so far as accusing me of asking them to fix my problem with my phone whatever that means. I’ll need to find a reliable solution elsewhere.

It’s the best! By far the most high tech and developed app that allows you to control everything from a distance. Highly recommend and am so impressed with the level of detail and support. Not only does the app do everything I need and more, the customer service is above and beyond helpful.

Every time I start thinking this app is working properly- something acts up out of the blue. When it works- it’s great- it’s just not as reliable as I would like it to be. Customer support is pretty good though- Phillip gets back almost immediately. I don’t think hat guy sleeps!
