No separate space for owners to sell their houses/plots. Only meant for property dealers, who pay hundreds of thousands for titanium/hot advertising. Please make a separate section for owners, just like the Craigslist. Each dealer gives 10s of advertisements and that too on top, just to hide the owner’s advertising. No one can directly buy from the owner. You have to buy through dealers, who always retain 10-20 lacs in a single transaction.

Informative app, after selling of Plot or House they not Remove from the Search, 2nd if Search is showing House Price 1.85C and you call the State agent and ask them for the House, they will reply you that House is already sold we have one other House fir Sale and asking Price is 2 or 2.1 2.3C , that’s unfair Practice is not Good for Genuine Byer!
