todocoleccion: Second-hand

I have been purchasing through Todocoleccion for a few years now, and I have never ever been disappointed! There are so many wonderful items that were not available in the United States that I have been fortunate to acquire. The sellers that I’ve purchased from have all been great. Great app. Easily accessible and easy to use. The search and filter functions are very much easy to use and navigate plus the notification button is helpful with regards to news about things on your watch list. The app being mostly translated in English is very helpful too. Quick access to sections and easy controls are a great plus!

I have used Ebay for a long time until I found todocoleccion. They use an extremely fair and a true auction site unlike others that close ata specific time and allow buyers to use a site to place a bid at the last second to win the auction. The three minute add on after the last bid is a great idea it gives you a better indication of what something is really worth and the buyer has a chance to think about his bid before making his final decision. I have used the site for buying but would love to use it when I decide to start selling. I love this site and I have also used their customer service on a couple of items I had problems with and they contacted the seller to work out problems. Thank you and keep up the good work. I would like to see a better guarantee similar to Ebays especially for international buyers. Most sellers only accept transfers and you have little recourse if there is a problem. Thanks B Welch
