Local03: Cheap Worldwide Calls

Terrible company

I’ve used this company before for a few years and everything was working great and their customer service was on point for everything you needed. In the last couple of years their service has gotten so bad. On my last trip the calls worked only 50% of the time. But more importantly, I’ve been trying to contact them for almost a month now and no one is helping me. I asked for a refund and to stop the service because there is no option to only purchase it for one month. You have to call to cancel when you no longer need the service. Which on its own is a red flag for a business model in the phone industry. I let them know via email that I can’t talk over the phone and must use an email to communicate with them and cancel. Since then they stopped responding. They did communicate with me via email with a very quick response time on the sign up for the service. After that I’m 5 emails in over the past month and no one is responding. I had to cancel the service and dispute the transaction directly with my credit card company. They used to be good but something really bad happened there. I’d highly recommend not to use this service.

So far the app is working well. The App is incomplete without excess to the main account. Developer should update the App so that user can see the call log and other data from App.
