I installed this parking app on iOS thinking it would be a convenient way to pay for parking, but it turned out to be a complete scam. Without clear consent, the app signed me up for an expensive monthly subscription that doesn’t even show up in Apple’s official App Store subscriptions list, making it nearly impossible to cancel. There’s no option to stop the charges in the app itself, so you’re stuck paying hidden fees every month for a so-called service that provides nothing of value. This is a deceptive, predatory subscription trap disguised as a parking app. Avoid this dishonest app at all costs—there are plenty of legitimate parking apps for iPhone and iPad that don’t rely on shady billing practices, hidden charges, and unauthorized auto-renewals. Apple should remove this fraudulent app from the App Store immediately.
I downloaded the app in Israel, put on my credit card, was charged 50 shekels. The charge went through on my credit card. And then when I tried to use the app to pay for a bus ticket , it said there was something wrong with the credit card and to add another card. So I added another card , and was charged another 50 shekels, and my credit card was charged again yet I received the same error. I contacted customer service and they told me that there is no way to remedy this problem. I sent them a screenshot of the error message. I was receiving they were totally rude and did not refund my money even though there’s no way for me to use the service. Total scam. terrible customer service.
It’s annoying to change the language in order to find the app every time
