After downloading the app I scanned books, dvds and video games that was accepted by this app, I registered all my personal information, boxed everything up, went to print the packing label to receive an error message. I contacted them & long story short they are located in the UK and they only accept items in the UK. DON’T YOU THINK YOU SHOULD LIST THAT IN THE APP OR BEFORE SOMEONE SIGNS UP!
