I tried to recharge my Jio number however it says that there is no Jio plans available. Please update this and resolve the concern. Update Unknown error whenever I try to recharge any number. Please fix.

First time when i was trying to login, it was giving error that try again after some time. After few login attempts, not it is stuck at launch screen. I can log in with sane credentials from web.

I used this app for recharge, I used points and paid balance from debit card but they failed to recharge. They gave the reward points back to app but didn’t paid my money back to my bank account from 20 days.. worst experience
