The app has a number of negative points that make it hard to use: 1. It constantly logs you out when your account is connected by Apple ID. A session lasts 24 hours. This means that you can’t even see available locations on CarPlay because an unauthorized message appears on the screen. 2. No NFC card. It could be useful to have instead of needing to order the $15 card. 3. No Apple Pay support both for paying and a potential NFC charging card. 4. In CarPlay there should be a refresh button on the available locations, as it seems the availability information gets cached and never refreshes after the first request. 5. It would be useful to add the possibility of an alert when no charging power is being transmitted to the car in addition to the 6 hour time limit. Many cars don’t alert you when the charging has completed. 6. Perhaps add a filter to display new locations only.

The app always works. I mostly use it for searching and activating charging stations. I like the charts and the automatic top up. The cost And availability info is always clear and accurate. the network stations are very reliable as well. I also use the card. The charge rate info could be more accurate: many stations only charge at 6 KW but they say 8 KW. A bonus: I was able to help a family member by activating a station so they could use it even when I was in a different city.

The $15 charge for a card is sad. At the very least, something like the ChargePoint app where you can add your card to Wallet and use NFC to activate the charger just like you would with the app, just in case your cell connection is bad, or whatever. I think the card would even work on my watch, in case my phone is dead. Love the graphs, CarPlay support, etc. Would also love to be able to filter by more kW levels, and be recommended higher power chargers my car supports.
