I was signing a new customer up for two different pest control accounts, and i was way confused with what contract i was on and how many were being created (turns out i made four instead of the two that the customer wanted). A big improvement there would be tabs showing what contract you are on and how many there are making it super easy to navigate and fill out. Also, the copying and pasting is super whacky and annoying as you try to highlight a couple of lines for customer notes- the page starts to scroll down forcing you to lose the highlighting you want done. Other than that the only other setbacks from this app is the bugginess and the fact that you have to save at the top right every single time you input something in. Overall, it gets the job done but it also makes me want to throw my device at times.

It seems like every year there are a massive amount of glitches in this app at the start of the summer. You’d think after years of development and 8 months of offseason the developers would be able to fix the kinks before the summer. I’ve had extreme difficulty trying to cut area for my reps, inputting credit card information, and scheduling sales. This list goes on. My company has opened up multiple support tickets with them but they have yet to do anything so I’ve resorted to writing a review.

We have nothing but issues with the fixed route/pestroute/ pestroute sales apps. The latest issue in pest route sales is that we are having is when we try to do a proposal and go to the pricing for an intial start let’s say $500 under the service tab. When we go to save cause to have to to go the agreement page, it reverts back to a basic price. However when I call our office it will show on the office side the original bid and price of $500 and my notes like nothing was different and then our office will send the proposal. This is irritating cause I can not sign a customer up on the spot like this. I can not do a screen shot cause we get asked to we are told how do we know that you didn’t change the pictures. Ever since PestRoutes/field/sales was bought by another company we have had constant issues. We would send emails to the company and not hear back for a few days or at all. This is very frustrating.
