Business owner running my team on Siro… we struggled with helping train individual reps on the doors (especially with script work) and noticed a large decline in sales and talk-to’s. My co-owner and i had heard about Siro and booked a demo; had the demo; and then immediately had all reps download the app to their work tablets. it has made it so much easier to help reps with tonality, see metrics on conversations, and the AI can help pinpoint where reps are struggling or need coaching, it’s absolutely amazing. So refreshing to find Siro, it’s a one stop shop for all needs regarding d2d refining and tuning !!

For the most part, the app works great for what it’s intended to do. But I miss a lot of recordings because the app does not automatically resume or at least prompt me to resume after I take a call. I also can’t search by content. The app needs to be able to pick up on what is said during an interaction and that transcribed content should be searchable across all your recordings. I want to be able to type in a name or an address or something that was talked about to be able to find which recording I even need to listen to in the first place. It would be great if the recordings were Geo-tagged like photos and notes for easy correlation. Need to have the option to record video as well as audio. The AI should be able to give a basic description of that video as well. It would also be nice to have a widget I could put on the home screen to immediately start a recording. It would be nice to have some interconnectivity with the phone and contacts app as well so that calls could have the option of being recorded either incoming or outgoing. There should also be a voice profile for each user that you either set up initially or the AI learns your voice, so the user is always labeled correctly in the transcript.

I don’t have much time to write a review because I need to be knocking on doors, iykyk 😉 I’m doing the trial and so far I’m really liking it. It has so many helpful tools and the creators have been open to hearing my suggestions and feedback. I think this app would’ve helped me from day one at this job so I could gauge my progress, not just with results from my work, but numbers and files to hear/see my progress. It’s genius how talk-to-text has turned into a tool we can use to become better. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️
