Your help link does not lead me to the topic that I need help in. And there is no other place for me to find the help for that specific topic. When I wrote a request for help via email I got an error saying that my request could not be Completed. Very distraught and upsetting

This is, by far, the most buggy and poorly constructed app I have ever used. Freezes, crashes, dead-ends and a total lack of clarity or instructions. I can’t even figure out how to use it in conjunction with the website (which is also worthy of the trash bin). This app should be removed from the app store.

So glad this was simple. It’s user intuitive. Need to register your device in the settings. Change the language right away to English or whatever language you need. Video call they will certify your documents and don’t need to go to a government office and waste your time ! Thank you so much for making my life a little easier in spain
