Tisséo: Metro, Tram, Bus

Honestly, one of the most unreliable transportation apps I’ve used in Europe. It’s practically useless. You can’t buy tickets through the app as an Apple user - & based on older reviews, this issue has been around for YEARS The app doesn’t update bus or tram routes during detours or events (like today’s marathon). While it shows a generic “potential disruption” notice, it doesn’t reflect the actual changes in navigation. Because of this, I ended up paying for three different routes just to get downtown, when one bus should’ve been enough. If the navigation had accurate detour updates, I could’ve planned a direct route and saved both time and money.

As of June 2022 you can’t use the app on iPhone to purchase tickets if you don’t have a transport card: don’t bother downloading it if you’re just going through Toulouse and don’t have a transport card to load with your purchase.

Globalement Tisséo est une très bonne app, très complète et toujours en evolution. La dernière mise à jour, qui fait qu’on peut maintenant acheter des titres directement sur l’appli est vraiment super. Maintenant il n’y a plus qu’à ajouter la dématérialisation de la carte sur l’application !!
