There’s just not much incentive to play my gambling dollars in this app. Wish this app was much better. First let me say I’d prefer to play Harrah’s online to continue earning rewards as going to the casino in person. Most importantly, withdrawals whether card, PayPal take days when other NJ casino apps for the same methods are nearly instant. Depositing takes you out of the app, into the browser. In comparison to other NJ online casino apps, the bonuses are barely “just ok,” no daily little freebie game like a spin/pick an object for whatever promo theme for chance receive spins or a few bucks casino bonus etc; promos are weak. The play through requirements for any bonuses are outrageous starting at 25x. The app hasn’t been updated in 9 months, any time I want to access my information, using iPhone ProMax for screen reference if that matters, going anywhere from the “My Account” page makes the screen now zoomed in just enough that I cannot tap the Back button in the top left of the screen, have to turn it to landscape mode to navigate. While having to turn the phone sideways isn’t burdensome, it’s very much an annoyance that should have had a fix long ago. Harrah’s, please get with it!

The software and game selection seem fine. I lost some Then I won some. I am giving three stars because they pay too slowly. It took me a week to get my money the first time I cashed out and I am still waiting after four days for them to verify my most recent cash out. Most of the other casinos I have played on process your payment within a day, why can’t HarrahsCasino do the same thing? There’s no need for a lengthy verification process. I don’t think I will be playing anymore with them because of this. Borgata, Tropicana, Virgin have all paid within a couple of days. No excuse to make people wait a week or longer especially when you take the money in a matter of seconds. Sorry to be negative but I don’t appreciate the delay.

I’ve been with Harrahs for years and can tell you to avoid this casino at all costs. Horrible customer service, no response to emails and limited availability .. which is just the casino being frugal. They claim they have little customer service due to corona virus, but the truth is this is a NJ licensed casino and to use that excuse for 6 consecutive months is unacceptable. The NJ Casino Commission should revoke their operating license. Management simply does not care, and when you have withdrawal problems, good luck getting your money. Good luck getting a response or answer with regard to your withdrawal. It’s clear what is going on here, and this is coming from a long time player and supporter of the brand. They have fallen apart, won’t invest limited capital to answer customers and they will not be getting any additional chances. Shame on you Harrahs for how you tread your customers! To Harrahs Management: Don’t even respond to this review because you are only sorry you have someone pointing out what you have known for months ... you don’t respond to private emails and customers, but you will respond to public comments. Oh the hypocrisy! I hope your online casino gets shut down and I will be notifying the commission exactly what you are doing. You don’t deserve to operate this casino.
