The "ten minute" workout comprises five one-minute exercises... Am I just missing something?? Also, there's no signal to move to the next exercise so unless you're looking at the app the whole time you won't know to move on. Finally, when I click on "intermediate" it asks for my password, so presumably there's a charge to upgrade, but it doesn't say anywhere what that is. That kind of sneakery is just unacceptable.
I use this app every day after my workout or when I don't have time for a proper workout. I love the make your own workout feature. This is a great app!
