Villages GPS

When I first drove through TV I was overwhelmed with the amount of area that I was going to learn to navigate. Actually my car has full self driving so I was able to get around by entering my destination into my cars GPS. Now with my new golf cart I was a little nervous about how I would get around. I told this to my wonderful neighbors and they all agreed that Villages GPS would relieve my anxiety. They were so right and when I downloaded it and saw all the additional information on the app it only made me realize that this is the only way to go anywhere in TV. The app is filled with so much important information that it is a must have if you live here. I certainly recommend it to everyone new or even someone that has lived here for years. I love it!

I’ve been using this VILLAGE GPS app for awhile on n off. When I first started using it, it had some issues, however these guys are really interested in improving I found out after I wrote to them. After learning of the issues I faced, they quickly made some improvements. The app has some features I find very helpful. Like the point to point. This feature assists you to know beforehand the distance, time, n directions of your proposed destinations beforehand. Additionally you can view your trip in two modes. Standard n hybrid. The hybrid shows the map exactly as it actually is. Not a composite like the standard. You get to see the actual streets n buildings, everything you will encounter as you drive. I mainly drive a golf cart n love driving along the beautiful scenery here at the villages. I recommend this app to all new residents!! Their directions get you from point to point more rapidly n directly than the other app!! I also found!! A plus!!! 👍🏻

I bought my house in March but couldn’t get here until June, by then Florida had become one of the biggest hot spots for covid. Neighbors were welcoming and friendly but could not show me around in the golf cart. So I made daily exploration trips in the golf cart and found so many amazing shortcuts thanks to the app! It’s been an adventure every day. I could find these places in my car but golf carts are a big part of the fun in TV and the app makes it so easy. One suggestion, the Country Club pools are marked FP for Family Pool, they should be PP for Premier Pool as only Premier members are allowed. Thanks, I look forward to more southern discoveries in the future!
