I’m a long distance runner and am always looking for ways to improve my stride, stamina and race time. This app has great stretches and moves to build muscle that has helped!
The app helped me with my flexibility but a lot of the exercises are repeated on the following weeks. I’ve paid for a second month and the app is not allowing me to use it which also happened after the first week try out period. It was a headache then too. This is an app that has lots of potential but it still needs a lot of work before it can get a higher rating from me. Things like recording your training session more easily, it jams at times while you are in the middle of training and requires you to go back to the start, etc. I’m not sure if I will get this app again, and I’d like to get a refund for the renewal that I just paid for with an app that isn’t working.
I’m frustrated that I’ve already paid to access the workouts, which are now rendered meaningless in this update. On top of that the app is less accessible than the previous version. It’s stupidly hard to check off completed exercises. Also, all the videos from the previous versions are the same...so what exactly are you asking us to pay for?
