Mahjong Duels® Match Zen Tiles

Love the actual game, but there are a couple of major flaws with the game: 1) When you barely beat your opponent (like by 1 point), the game says you’ve won, but it actually awards the points and record the win for your opponent. This has happened to me multiple times and I have screenshots to prove it. Granted, I have benefitted from this glitch myself, at times, but it’s still a major problem. If you are able to beat someone — even if only by a point — you should get the credit. Period. 2) For whatever reason, the sound just cuts out on this game. It’s not my device because it happened on another device, too. My sound will be on for a game or two and then the next game there’s no sound. VERY ANNOYING. I usually end up restarting the game, but after a couple of times, I just quit playing. Please fix these issues!

Love most things about this game but you guys need to step it up over there. There are a few basic things that are terrible. The messages that keep telling you that you are about to lose that prevent you from playing for like half or more of the time you had to try. The fact that there is no tutorial page that tells you what symbols go together. I still don't know past the first round flowers because I'm afraid to try matching random ones. You only get 2 try's & round over! The snowballs are out of control. Has anyone in charge actually played the game ever? Even as the one winning it just give you waaay too strong of an advantage. If they were half of the number of snowball a maybe. It would be amazing to have a single player or practice mode because of the snowballs it's impossible to be a new player learning you get crushed. You guys have a great game on your hands though thank you!

I love this game and am totally addicted, however, there are some frustrating aspects... The message that comes across the screen blocks you from making moves, these messages relate to the other player being done and you have 45 seconds to beat their score, the message cuts that time to about 30 seconds. The other message that pops up alerting you that you are way ahead also prevents you from finishing the board for a few seconds. Lately, I have not been able to watch videos to earn diamonds either...I guess they want you to spend more money. Sometimes the game freezes which is super frustrating...that's why I gave it a 4 instead of 5.
