Now that I’m growing older I’ve realize the benefits of being more conscious of what I eat and how I care for my body. I’ve been looking for a resource to help me learn more about the connections between my mind and body and what I should be doing to live a healthier life. When I saw Conscious Lifestyle Magazine in the App Store looked to be exactly what I needed. It was that and more. Not only has it open my eyes to a better way of living, it shows me where to go and what to do about it. Plus it’s beautifully done with well written articles and compelling photography.

Brain food I love this magazine so much! It is only of the only that I read these days. I trust the SOURCE of the content, which to me, is the MOST important thing. Being in the Information Age, it's so hard to know what to believe. This is one source of content that I very deeply trust. From what I know about the creators of this magazine, they are incredibly brilliant, educated, down to earth and walk the talk. I find the content incredibly mind stimulating. I want to read every article which is rare to find in a magazine. This content is uplifting, inspiring and helpful. And now finding out about the app is even more incredible. I love having this beautifully designed, fresh content at my finger tips. It's a way better go to for me then scrolling Instagram during stagnant moments like waiting in lines. I definitely consider this the healthiest Brain food!
