Been working with them a few years now.. love the electronic signings! All of their signings are pretty straight forward and easy to complete. I see the app just updated today with an evaluation score instead of 4 different categories. A mistake will DEFINITELY cost you! I’m still paying for it a couple months later by not receiving many offers. Otherwise I love this working with company!

I love this program, from the 2 hour reminder to the check in and of course being able to get directions and complete the order out ...all in one system. We know when payments will be made and can keep track of our score card.
I called early today to say that I did not have a toggle button to get back to the Home Screen after I read an announcement. I would have to turn my IPhone off and turn it back on to get out of the program. The screen would freeze up. I am thrilled to see that with this new update I have a toggle button on my screen 😊😊🙏 Did I say I love this program?

You have to keep the app open if you want to catch a signing sometimes , by the time the notification comes for a signing , it’s already gone .

Manage your business on the fly using the My Signings app! My Signings is the app created by Rocket Close for Partner Signing Agents to accept and provide status updates for new closing appointments from a mobile device.
My Signings allows agents to:
• Track appointments on their device’s calendar
• Accept or decline available appointments in their surrounding area
• Access client information, including: phone number, email address, home address and type of closing
• Utilize GPS directions to signing appointments
• Send and receive messages from Rocket Close
In addition to accepting or declining orders in real time, agents can update their status when:
• Printing docs
• Collecting borrower funds
• Completing a closing
• Dropping off documents

In accordance with our end-user license agreement, and the app’s driving disclaimer, Rocket Close does not condone use of the app while driving.
