Very disappointing app. Does not live up to expectations. I spent almost 4 hours preparing my photos and setting up an order. App is nothing like the in-store (outdated software and antiquated equipment) service. Placed my order. Watched as it “downloaded” photos...after 16 phots it FROZE. Waited....waited...then got this: ORDER CANCELLED. DOWNLOAD FAILED.” So 6 hours, YES 6 hours, list. Not happy. I chose to do this as my in-store experience was very disappointing. Computers froze 4 times. So, I guess I’ll go to online services. Terrible app.
I was able to send my photos right to camera corner while I was relaxing at home. They had all the photos ready for me the next day when I went to pick them up.
