Nuvia - Watch Style

This app has been a terrible experience. I canceled my subscription and even requested a refund, yet it continues to charge me $30 every month. There is no clear or easy way to contact customer support, which is extremely frustrating. On top of that, the app doesn’t even work as advertised. The watch face I select does not stay applied and keeps changing on its own, making the app practically useless. I strongly recommend avoiding this app unless you want to risk recurring charges and poor customer service. Save your money and choose a more reliable Apple Watch face app

Your new glass option face watch is not loading to my watch

I purchased a subscription and tried unsuccessfully for four hours to get ONE watch face. I contacted their support line and was told that they had cancelled my subscription, but did not refund money for trial subscriptions. First this was not a trial, it was a one-time subscription fee. But as you can see, they cancelled the app and kept the money. I ended up in less than two days with nothing and they kept the money. That is a scam. As a. laughable later email asking me to do a number of things, snapshots, lists of devices used, and a detailed description of everything I tried. I responded that I would be happy to comply, once I had my refund. That’s the last that I heard from them. Save your money and don’t get scammed, as I did. Read their ads saying THOUSANDS of satisfied customers and then read reviews. Somebody is lying, and any positive reviews appear to be manufactured by these scam artists.
