ABC Genius - Preschool Games for Learning Letters

I have messaged this app company 3 times and have not received any response. I paid to have the entire app unlocked and it did not unlock anything. Very frustrating. Don’t waste your money on the full version, especially with such poor customer service. Updated: I still have not heard back from this company. Now they have another app out asking you to pay for the full version. How convenient when people pay for the basic version, get nothing unlocked...only to get ignored when trying to contact support.

I got the free version for my 3 year old grandchild. She spent about 30 minutes tracing her letters. She has tried all the free sections so this Grandmother will be purchasing this app for her little ones. She had no problems navigating the app or understanding what to do. I think I will also buy some tracing paper and pencils! Never too early to learn..or too late for that matter.

I own and operate a learning center, and I am very particular about details. I really like this app for learning and practicing stroke order of letters, but I found some discrepancies. Letters should always be written from top to bottom, and left to right, without picking up the pencils unless necessary. The "t" in this app is crossed correctly, from left to right, but the "f" is crossed right to left. The "z" shows a restart at each angle, but the pencil should stay on the page. Other letters continue properly. The "p" shows the first stroke down, then picks back up to the top for the circle. Other similar letters are correct. The "y" shows to make a "v" then track back down the same line for the long line. I believe that letter is usually taught and more neatly written by little ones as two strokes. It's hard for them to neatly write over the angled line. I would recommend this to my parents, but the discrepancies would be too hard to explain.
