Country Days Tracker: Bounded

The system is not intelligent and makes assumptions that you stay in one country, until you have a picture that was taken in a different country. That may works for picture obsessed people but not for normal people. In this day and age the app should first use AI to be more intelligent and second ask you about your input. You can only change the date’s afterwards which is a hassle, and you can not delete it.

I live in the USA and my wife lives in Canada. It showed dozens of trips that never happened. I’m not really sure why presumably because I have photos sent to me from my wife constantly and it can’t tell the difference in the meta data attatched the photo that I didn’t take the picture. It also missed 3/3 trips I took to Central America where I took probably hundreds of photos. I’m sure the location tracking works so for tracking the future it probably would be a good platform. But photo history is effectively useless.

I didnt just believe it, I went back through my flight confirmations for the last 6 months and compared. It was right on every one except a single redeye where I landed after midnight, and I just fixed that day manually. For something automatic thats excellent.
