Wonderful little game

I really enjoy this game – it's very engaging and a lot of fun, and I truly want to keep playing it. However, I keep running into a frustrating issue that prevents me from progressing. After reinstalling the game, I log in with my account successfully, but my previous progress is not restored. Sometimes a pop-up appears showing my old level and asks me to load the save. But when I click "Confirm" or "Load," the game freezes for a few seconds, then starts me from Level 0 / Tutorial with no progress loaded at all. It feels like the load function fails and the game forces a new save as a fallback. This happens every single time I reinstall. It's really frustrating because I want to continue playing and enjoy the content, but this bug keeps ruining my experience. I would greatly appreciate it if you could look into this issue and fix it. At first, I thought this was gonna be different from the regular cooking games that wants you to purchase coins and gems but as you go along, you can play everything perfectly and need to spend 100 gems in order to continue. It’s just another typical cooking game that forces you to purchase coins and gems in order to proceed in the game. I also have a battery charge up that you can earn, but it does not work. I have tried using it several times and to know avail. This is a good game to play the first two restaurants and after that I would suggest uninstalling.
