MARTA Reach On-Demand Transit

This service was a great idea, but it was implemented horribly. I love the fact that I don’t have to use Uber anymore and pay 15-20 dollars just to go 8 minutes up the street; however, there are a lot of kinks and issues that must be addressed. One major one being the designated stops need to have signs on them so people will know exercise where to stand to find their Reach bus. There is too much confusion in that arena right now.

Marta Reach helps us to connect to transit, making it easier and more convenient to travel within our neighborhood and beyond without a car. So far it has been a reliable service with personable drivers, clean vehicles, and prompt pickups. A much-needed addition to Marta. Thank you!

I decided to take Marta reach out today and when I got to my station it was there on time and got me to my destination on time. Also the driver were very nice and professional. I recommend them
