This app has really helped me take charge of my life and predict when I may have any flare ups!
I’ve tried a bunch of ways to track gout (notes app, random spreadsheets, half-baked “health” apps) and I always fall off because it’s annoying and takes too long. This one is the first thing I’ve actually stuck with. What I like is it’s simple: quick daily check-in, log a flare when it happens, and it helps you see patterns over time. It’s not pretending it can magically diagnose you, but it does a good job helping you connect dots (food/alcohol/sleep/stress/whatever) without making it a whole second job. I also like having uric acid numbers and flare history in one place so when you’re talking to a doctor you’re not just trying to remember how bad last month was. If you’re in the “I know I have triggers but I can’t prove it” phase, or you’re trying to get uric acid under control and want something organized, this is worth downloading. It’s actually useful for the gout community, not just a pretty UI.
