I was recently diagnosed with Hashimoto’s and have felt overwhelmed by the sheer amount of information out there. I wanted one place to help me manage everything I now had to think about, and this app delivered. I already thought it was great, but after a recent update it somehow got even better. A lot of thought clearly goes into this tool, and I just want to express how genuinely appreciative I am.
