Hazel: Hashimoto's Thyroid Log

I was recently diagnosed with Hashimoto’s and have felt overwhelmed by the sheer amount of information out there. I wanted one place to help me manage everything I now had to think about, and this app delivered. I already thought it was great, but after a recent update it somehow got even better. A lot of thought clearly goes into this tool, and I just want to express how genuinely appreciative I am.

really enjoy using this app i find it very useful….i used to be very chaotic trying different supplements and meds and i never kept track on symptoms or thyroid labs, this helps me understand if what i.m doing works for me
