Update: Three stars off for undisclosed use of AI in some articles (Tradition and Sanity), confirmed by GPTzero. I will restore my original 5-star rating when AI content has been removed. Second Update: The use of AI content has been addressed and condemned in a recent article, but the AI-written pieces themselves remain present in the app. Otherwise, this app contains excellent content from the cream of the crop of traditionalist movement: Tim Flanders, Peter K, and Kennedy Hall. It is a wonderful all-in-one which shows the ability of traditional Catholics of various stripes to work together. But also try iPieta for more free features, like the whole 1962 Divine Office for every day. This project really shows how traditionalists of various stripes can and must work together for the good of Holy Mother Church! I just wish they could learn to recognize AI use by guest writers.

I expected the app to be a little clunky to start out and I was pleasantly surprised that it works so smooth! Videos have speed settings, optional subtitles, are downloadable, and you can leave the app while watching/listening without interruption. I love that the library keeps a log of what I’m listening to so I can easily go back and finish what I started. Most written articles have an audio option and I am loving it! The subscription is worth the money for the Men & Martyrs series alone, very professionally done. We look forward to more episodes! Angela Erickson‘a show is great for keeping up with pro-life issues in the news. The audio recordings of various prayers are so nice. No skipping through ads or chit chat and the quality of the recordings and readers voices are quality. Having all of these great Catholic voices in one place is nice and I’m enjoying listening to people I’ve never heard of before I used the app. I’m even developing a soft spot for the Boomer Church episodes.

I think this app is phenomenal. It is a one stop shop for traditional Catholics and provides many much needed resources to them. I am sure the content will increase over time and will not compromise the faith. I am so happy to see this available in the App Store.
