While going through set up I voiced concerns that my business was not yet verified. The salesmen reinforced me that they would assist in the process and it’s something they dealt with regularly. I had them a few months and tried multiple times. I then reached out and one of the workers assisted me said they don’t do that but they gave me a few months free as courtesy. The experience and their product isn’t horrible but I don’t like doing business with a company who wouldn’t have gotten me to agree without lies.
