Wiggle Escape: Snake Puzzle

I’ve tried so many games where they let you play nonstop for, say, the first ten levels. Then the ads start creeping in, then they start being more frequent, then they’re between almost every game. I never got to play more than two in a row. The thing is, these types of games go so fast that I start feeling like I’m spending more time watching the ads than playing games. So I timed it, and I was right. I finished one game in 30 seconds, then had to watch an ad for 45 seconds. Then I actually got to play two games in a row, which took me a minute and a half, but the ad after that was 47 seconds. Almost a full minute. I got so frustrated I deleted the app. Too bad, because it really is a fun game - well-designed, different shapes of the puzzle at every new level, the snakes are cute and blink their eyes while waiting to be set free. I think I even saw one roll its eyes.

I have a job that’s very stressful. The last thing I need is games that are also stressful, particularly before bed. That means no timers and minimal ads. I saw an ad for this game and enjoyed the play through so I downloaded it. The game is totally free. It’s very simple - clear the cute little worms from the board without causing a collision. You get 3 lives in case you choose incorrectly. If they do collide their little eyes spin (so cute). There are no timers! I have never used all 3 lives after playing hundreds of games. It is so relaxing for me. It’s definitely my favorite.

I am so sick of ads/commercials just to keep playing the games. In the last week I have downloaded and deleted four other games because they forced ads at every round or two!You’re not on a time limit and if you make a mistake, you don’t have to pay for it by watching an annoying ad. I’ve deliberately made mistakes to see if I could continue to play the same game and yes, I did it three or four times restarted my game and I kept going. This is a great game if you want to relax and have fun. And you pay once for NO ADS you can play as long as you’re enjoying it. Yeah, no ads. But should I start having ads I Will be back to report and then—- you got it—- DELETE!!!
