Highway for Carriers

I am a small carrier and I already have an active Highway account. However, almost every time I try to book a load, I am forced to complete the same verification process again—uploading my ID, taking a selfie, and verifying my identity repeatedly. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. What is the purpose of having a verified Highway account if I have to prove my identity every single day and for every load? I am trying to operate a trucking business, not spend my time repeatedly uploading the same ID and taking selfies just to book freight. This system is creating unnecessary delays and making it harder for legitimate small carriers to do business. My company information and identity have already been verified. Please review my account and provide a permanent solution instead of forcing me through the same verification process over and over again. I need a clear explanation of why this keeps happening and what Highway is going to do to fix it. Not good for carriers Highway

This app needs a lot of work. It’s not user friendly. It says it will save your login info, but every time I have to start from the beginning. It says I can log in with biometrics but won’t save those either. It claims to be secure, but seems like it would be quite easy to hack into any account using publicly available info. Today it keeps asking me to check a box saying that I’ve transferred ownership of my company. I’ve had to delete and download the app several times to get past that screen. I wish companies would put a little due diligence in before requiring us to use poorly designed tools like this in order to do business with them.

Highway is a great application to use for loads and to do quick and easy carrier package the load board is easy to use and bid with brokers and receive you rate confirmation and they have a great customer support team like Amilia that works with you to post your truck and help walk you through the app.
