It’s impossible to find where your car is, you’re better off waiting five minutes for an uber rather than an hour for a red eye. You can’t even see where the car is or track anything because you can’t zoom out of the map.
While I thank you for offering red eye services to help students get back home safely, I would like to bring up that the service has been extremely unreliable. I've never had a ride that has been started and completed on time. The waiting time averages at least 30 minutes, sometimes a whole hour. I sincerely hope that the timing improves-- it is impossible to make times relying on the red eye pick up or drop timings.
Some of the app’s features are useless and the ui is worse compared to how it was before. You can’t see all the details at once and have to navigate through different screens to access them. Also, in app map to figure out your turn in the ride or where you reached is no longer there. I was in the redeye for over an hour with no clue when they’re going to go to my stop. So much for making it efficient by reducing the mile radius where it took more time than it ever did.
