Uber Pro Card

There is a bug that prevent auth flow login when user tries to login there is an in app browser which opens the auth page. After login with phone number and password the in app can’t detect if the app is installed on the device so recommended App Store download which redirect to App Store for download. As the app is already downloaded user can only open the app from App Store which circles back to the same in app browser auth login without throwing login success opening user account which should close the in app browser page. Same with social auth login. Been trying to login for weeks now can’t login due to this bug.

I have had to delete this app and re download it about 10 times in 4 months. It’s extremely useful especially with the apple pay now added but for some reason every so often it glitches. When i go onto the app normally it registers my face ID then logs me in, but sometimes it does this thing where it doesn’t do the face ID part and just says log in, when i type my details in it says incorrect. So then i have to delete and re download the app, i have tried to refresh it, close the app and re open it, iv tried turning my phone off and on but once it gets like this nothing fixes it apart from deleting it. Which then i have to re do security and mobile/email verification. (This is particularly annoying, when im stood in the shop and my card keeps declining, after working all day, and it just won’t load) It has inconvenienced me multiple times now to the point of me trying to delete it and go back to paying 50p to withdraw but i can’t do that either. Please fix this bug as everything else is perfect!

Pro’s - I transfer my money out after every order, not sure why I like it. I have had some transactions be delayed a few mins but generally within a minute. It does a job I just plan ahead for incases, eg putting fuel in but not having instant access, I have not been in that position yet but have £20 cash in glovebox incase. Con’s - Transfers from savings back to account- takes forever just sits in pending. I thought I would try it but have now decided will just use the withdrawal feature only and keep my savings in my proper bank account. I couldn’t allocate the bank account I wanted to the card for withdrawals, it kept coming up with, this bank doesn’t support authorisation. This happened for my Halifax and Monzo accounts. Had to go with an old account I have not used in years. Doesn’t support Apple Pay which is how I would actually use the account, I won’t use the card.
