It’s been 12 days since I placed the order and after multiple follow ups and tickets and emails, still no proper response from them and it says delivered even though it isn’t, and there cancel order button now too. Don’t download order it from here, pathetic service

The app is fine, it has bugs and UI issues. I placed an order, successfully placed but the order status is not being updated over app even after crossing the expected delivery date. Second issue i encountered is lack of connectivity with customer service. The MMTC pamp have a toll free number but it takes atleast 10 minutes of waiting for someone to answer and even when it’s answered the representative donot have required information. App shows a call number, when called the person said please call on toll free we cannot help you its office number. The app needs to be updated with proper team to answer the query as the object they are selling are expensive. Please improve your customer support experience. I still had n’t received any status of my order.
