I am good with the whole transferring money instantly, following a shop being dropped off. I like separating Instacart earnings from my regular checking account. What I don’t like is that I am NOT able to Zelle nor is there a simpler way to deposit non instacart monies. I don’t like that the cost to transfer money instantly is ridiculous. Otherwise, if I need the money immediately, I turn off the instant transfer feature before I start a batch, and pay $1.50 to instacart for transferring to my personal checking account. 🤔😕
I do like the card design and I do like the rewards cash back feature, although at times it doesn’t recognize gas charges as such and you don’t get the rewards even though that is a main selling point of the card. Also the fees for this card to transfer your money elsewhere are crazy high, the 50cent transfer fee from the old method seems like a gift compared to this. This card also doesn’t play well or is compatible with any other financial institution including PayPal so you can’t try to transfer your money for free using a back end way, which I don’t understand because the uber pro card is also from branch and it doesn’t have all these restrictions. Overall not impressed with this card the way Instacart promoted it to be
This app is terrible I don’t know why they chose branch I don’t see myself really using this app for my earnings for the simple reason that it is not fully compatible with Apple Pay!!! I like to send and receive money thru Apple Pay and this card doesn’t allow you to do that it only works for tap to pay and I need my debit cards to do more than that!!! There is a lot of fees associated with branch banking apps that are unnecessary it’s almost as if you you have to pay to use this service for instance you are only allowed 8 free atm withdrawals a month then after that you are charged a fee to withdraw your own money from an atm that is in the network WTH and what is the point of using this card ? They need to allow unlimited free ATM withdrawals within the network and allow money to be transferred to and from th card thru Apple Pay until then I’ll pass. I can’t even Apple Pay my kids lunch money anymore with this card
