I do not know who manages your client customer relations but I can say yours is the worst I have seen so far, this is not hate but genuine concern. I took a loan of 1000 cedis and pay up to 50% on it in 4 days. From the next day of the disbursement of the loan I got a call, text and all sort of notifications to repay my loan aaba. The worst of it all is threat about sending messages to all my friends and family and ignorance is whatever and whatever and so forth, really, is this how you want to grow your business. You may start with a gentle reminder just like mtn will do and readjust your interest rates. You want to grow then those threat messages are your worst enemies, avoid them and draft a better way to relate with your customers. That’s how it’s done

Yes you will receive the money when you request a loan, but the way of demanding their money back is very unappealing. They actually don’t know how to speak with a customer. You might even receive threats just to pay back .I won’t recommend this app to anybody who values respect, even if you don’t value respect, I still won’t recommend this app to you
