For the most part this is a really good app. Easy to understand, decent rewards, takes 12-24 hours to get your money once you cash out in increments of five. The only reason I’m giving three stars instead of five is because the tracking needs to be fixed on some tasks (mainly the mission list )and Customer Service needs to answer when we ask for help. I’ve sent three tickets in. It’s been almost a month and no answer on any of them. If they would just answer, the tracking issues, wouldn’t even be an issue. But as is, there’s no remedy. If it doesn’t pay you, it just doesn’t pay you. 😔

At first I thought I finally found a decent app to play games and earn money I made a few cashouts nothing big but everything adds up … then after my 5th cashout I noticed that my cashouts were getting declined I contacted support and instead of them helping me reassuring me my earned money was safe and comming as expected they started ghosting my emails and I later found out my account was flagged as fraud…. I’ve played one game this whole entire time I used the app scrabble…. How do u cheat in a game you literally level up by putting time to it literally impossible this app is a waste of time once u start making a consistent amount of cashout in so short amount of time they stop wanting to pay u and they give a fake answer why they can’t if u can’t consistently pay the users for offers you advert on ur platforms don’t advertise it at high prices … I wasted hours of time sleepless nights just to earn that money im furious I wasn’t compensated will never use this app again

The surveys are actually interesting, the payouts are fair, and it doesn’t take forever to build up your balance like other apps. But the best part? If you’re looking for a real way to earn cash in your spare time, Survey Club is where it’s at. Between the surveys and the lawsuit claims, this app has become a consistent side hustle for me.
