QuitBuddy: Quit Addiction

Up to last month, this was the best tool for me to help understand my addiction and most importantly helped to guide me out of it. UNFORTUNATELY the AI isn’t working anymore Customer service is horrible too when no support recently.

The AI therapy coach quit working about a week ago. I have sent in many help tickets asking about the status of the AI therapy—@I am getting “nothing but crickets” from the developer company. In addition, I’ve put a Help ticket in asking if my preferences for a paid subscription were correct. Before the AI died, I asked it where the options/preferences were to add emergency sobriety contacts to be associated with the PANIC button. The directions it gave are not in my preferences. No response on that help ticket either. I don’t usually recommend applications or disrespect (dis), but the response from the support team has NOT been acceptable.
