I don’t see the purpose of this app. I downloaded it and thought I could use the charts I’ve already purchased to make mocked up hat designs but I couldn’t figure out how to do that and I’m not paying for any subscriptions when I already own all the designs I like. Furthermore, I couldn’t log in through the magic link. I kept clicking it and it would bring me back to the app screen but nothing ever happened. I’d click to go forward but it kept saying I hadn’t verified my account/email. I’ve already deleted the app as it wasn’t worth the frustration.
I purchased the book and was interested in seeing the app and maybe some sample patterns. I just got the base membership 5$, probably would have upgraded if i saw something I wanted to work on. Nope, you basically just give them 5$ LOL. You might as well have just thrown it out the window. You get nothing. The things you do get you can get for free on the website. Like, how to pick and set up a project, and a chart. So for 5$ you get to see the titles only(no example) to what you may get to see if you pay them 15$. Utter trash. It’s only 5$ but come on. These subscriptions are out of control. Why would you not just buy the book, one time, or purchase a deck, or use Ravelry.
With all the base patterns available and many of the charts at my fingertips, this app makes doodling on the go a breeze! Add the community so I can chat with other creators if I have questions or need inspiration (or just someone to share my love of knitting with)? Well, it’s become one of my favorite knitting resources-and it goes with me everywhere I go!
