Don’t open accounts in this bank if you’re non resident Indian.
Very bad service, application is full of bugs, because-of the bugs am not able to do any transactions, I have contacted the bank employees multiple times they are not able to solve the problem. If you are going to abroad, before that if you saw my review am requesting you to take another account in FEDERAL BANK or in HDFC please, otherwise you will suffer for sure.

Excellent App Upgrade
After the upgrade the app is very convenient with Face ID login and ease of controls. Transition to new app was a painful process. I like the new app way better than the old one. Great job team!!

Worst app
This app is the worst app , it’s very slow all the time and showing errors all the time . Have to spend hours to transfer money . Thinking to close the CSB NRE account because of this app
