Solitaire - Win Cash

i was having a blast playing and the suddenly just a few seconds in to a hand that cost 10 dollars to enter suddenly closed and forfeited me from the match. Took my money from my balance and everything. i reported it immediately to customer service via email. i gave 3 stars because of this. i’ll give more stars if they do what’s right and refund to my balance.

I had just deposited money into my account and click on the brawl solitaire to play a game. As soon as I clicked on the four dollars to pay for my entry, I got kicked out of my screen. I signed back into my game, my four dollars was gone, and I was not able to play my game. I got into Support and there was nothing that I could click on to report it and then I went into the Help and I type my concern in and it wouldn’t let me enter it. I clicked on the arrow to enter the complaint and to get my money back and it wouldn’t let me into the message that I was typing. If I get a response to this and I get my money back, they let me play my game. I will change my star rating, but until then they’re gonna get a negative as this is my first experience with them and it was not a good one. I have screenshots if you want them. I could not find a place to upload them so if you can show me where to do it, I will give you the upload of the games that they were cause there was two of them now.

The game can be fun and there’s the chance of earning a few cents or a dollar here or there. However this is not as skill based as they say. There is always an element of luck to these games, since not all matches can be solved or you could pick the “wrong” stack and get stuck, something you wouldn’t really know because it’s a gamble. In addition, their ads claim that people are making thousands, which could probably be possible if you were able to win most games high prize matches; the catch is, those cost a LOT of money to enter. Their ads also claim no top ups, but you’d wait ages to get enough money for free to play a decent match: You only get a small amount of gems daily (like 30) and you need 1K to enter the match where you may earn a $1 if you win first place. You can also play to earn gems but again, that will take some time depending on how lucky you are since you still need to use gems to enter those matches, so if you lose, you now have less gems. This is just a gambling game and can be fun, just don’t expect the ads to be true. They stretch the truth just like other games in this category.
