I was excited to use ThetaWave because the AI is actually very useful for turning slides into audio—but my experience has been a nightmare. They were charging me $20 per day without warning, which forced me to replace my card. On top of that, I paid $100 upfront and received no response from support, despite multiple emails. This is not acceptable. If you’re considering this app, be extremely careful — the AI might be useful, but their billing practices and lack of support are unreliable and potentially dangerous. This needs immediate attention.
