Worst broker ever
Do not trust this broker with your funds I made a deposit instantly it was accepted and everything worked I then decided to take the funds and put it into a trading account I then transfer the money and then boom my money is gone apparently I transferred the money into a demo account what broker allows that to happen. I then contact support I phoned I sent emails I get a reply I reply with all relevant documents hours later they say that took my complaint to management and now awaiting a answer it’s been whole day Friday Saturday and Sunday no one can help me there no manager available I can’t talk to people in finance nor technical this is the worst experience ever because of this I missed important trades such as nfp market close and swing trade I had for they day The company shows no empathy no urgency to help client the worst broker you could ever use
