I purchased this app and I’m very disappointed. It constantly crashes and restarts itself. The most frustrating part is when I’ve driven a couple hundred miles only to find out the trip was lost and nothing was recorded. In just two weeks of using the app, this problem has happened five times.

I’ve had multiple trips that I started , but when I get where I’m going, the app is no longer activated and I can’t manually add a trip. I still have to keep a log so at the end of the month I can add the trips it failed to capture.

I paid $70 for this app and I have to turn it on and leave the screen up the entire time I am driving? I drive about 30 hours a week, I can’t keep my app open the entire drive. I need to use my GPS, make phone calls, etc. I emailed support to ask if there is something wrong because it states that it starts automaticallyHave not heard back
