Our county switched to this app a few months ago. There were errors immediately, including kids who are not my kids listed in my account. Which makes me worried that my kids could be listed in someone else’s account! What an absolutely scary thought, and safety issue. Then you get to the function of it. It sends notifications all day long to include alerting me at 9:30pm that my daughter’s bus was in her zone. The bus doesn’t show up in the tracking half the time and the other half it shows up only after zooming way out and way back in. This app is supposed to help us know when the bus is going to arrive and that our kids got to school safely, leaving out the other issues like having the wrong kids in my account, it doesn’t even do what it’s intended to. I hope our county goes back to the old tracking app they used or these issues get fixed asap!

Our school system switched to this app and it’s been a mess. Notifications of the bus coming into your boundary at all hours of the day, night, 2:30am, werkends. Settings are hard to change and result in more notifications. Child is in middle school but we continue to only get notifications for elementary and high-school. Requires many clicks to get to the screen you need, is overwhelmed by number of users. Our last app, Here Comes The Bus, had some connectivity issues in one of our county’s rural areas but it worked very well for everyone else. Now we have an app that is worse than useless for everyone. I would be suspicious of any school division that uses this app. It’s so bad that I would assume the only reason they received the contract is because someone is getting a kickback. Is a complete waste of taxpayer funding.

The app doesn’t notifies parents when the bus is late the most of time. Because of this, my children have been left waiting at the bus stop in freezing cold conditions multiple times. This is completely unacceptable for a school transportation app. What makes it even worse is that today my spouse received a message on his phone, while I have the app installed and received absolutely no notification at all — no alert, no update, nothing. An app that is supposed to ensure children’s safety and keep parents informed fails at its most basic purpose. If zero stars were an option, I would give this app zero stars. Unfortunately, that option does not exist.
