Sugar Land On-Demand

Before I launched the Sugar Land On-Demand App, I did not have access to a car because I did not know how to drive. Now, I am thankful for Sugar Land On-Demand and the wonderful crew of rideshare drivers who help get residents to where they need to go, whether it be school or work. Let’s keep this service going for another year or two!

I ordered a ride to get to work two days ago. I was waiting at the designated pick up spot and the driver drove into the wrong side of my complex. I tried to walk over to meet the car but the driver didnt even wait or try to contact me. They just drove off. I couldnt get a hold of the driver to try and resolve this. I watched on the live map as the driver drove to my drop off location WITHOUT ME and then i got a receipt for the “completed” fare. Deplorable customer service afterwards. I tried to call, they put me on hold for 14 minutes and no one answered. I emailed a complaint and I didnt get a response. All I got was an automated email response thanking me for contacting them. I would never suggest this service to anyone and if you have a problem with them, don’t expect to get an answer from them, and much less a resolution. Save your time, patience, and money and just order a different ride service.

This was very helpful to me to get to my doctors office as parking there is very difficult. I can’t say enough good things. Ricardo was awesome.
