Houston METRO On Demand

The clock mode input for ride times is not accessible with Voiceover. The text input mode will work but seems more time consuming. It would be nice to have an alert pup up on notifications when the ride is 5 minutes away. It would also be nice to be able to look through past trips and re-book them with the same time parameters.

Macs web was a great app and was working fine it showed us who who's picking us up hour on Metrolift. It allows us to create trip trips and save them. But this new app malfunctions and canceled our trips it is almost impossible to create trips on it every time I save a trip that I made From Metrolift it takes me to the regular city bus and tells me how to walk to the nearest, keep in mind I'm in a wheelchair and I do not take the regular city bus as my wheelchair does not fit. Horrible app lots of quirks cancels rides doesn't give information about your driver until the last 10 minutes Upon arrival. Impossible to save trips impossible to call the reservations line because calls. Useless app in my very humble opinion please fix it and make it easier with clear buttons not buttons that look like pen tips

The system in general needs a revamp. People book rides a week in advance and block the schedule for the first 4 hours of the day. If you need to be at work in the morning don’t bother they won’t be available until after 10 am you will be late for work using this service!!!! Trust me!!! With the amount of people in the city running a bus once a hour makes no sense. I’ve lost my job riding this bus couldn’t take jobs because the bus doesn’t go there. I’ve sat on the side of the rode for up to two hours because the bus is having significant delays.. all metro can offer is a im sorry but never a fix to the problem. Yes metro is cheaper than paying 30 dollars on Uber but you will wait hours to get to your destination
