i had really bad anxiety problems and i would always get random panic attacks and it was deteriorating my mental health, but every since this app i’ve been so happy and calm any time i feel anxious or i feel a panic attack coming i immediately open the app, just a couple of exercises and im very content and it helps me relive it quickly. It’s so good and so worth it, no other app works like this. 10/10 I definitely recommend!
